Villagers in China Living in One Cave – The cave is the dwelling bats and other animals. The cave is a hole in the ground, or on the rocks, or in the mountains that form naturally. A natural cave is a natural formation that usually occurs as a result of natural processes that penetrate the stone.

Living In Cave

Launched Boredpanda page, a village called village Zhongdong is believed to be the only place where people live in a cave. The village is located in Guizhou Province, China.

Located at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level, the cave can only be achieved by way of hiking. It took an hour to reach the village.

Life as it is difficult for the residents of the village. Coupled with a government statement as saying, “China is not a cave dweller’. Schools in the village were closed and children have to walk 3 to 4 hours every morning and evening to get to school.

To improve the quality of life of the villagers, the village elders tried to negotiate with local authorities to make the road linking the village, with the existing infrastructure.
Although they are already familiar with television and newspapers, still, most of the villagers have not connected with the outside world.
